Since joining the Dubai School of Government in 2005, Robert Wilson has worked to develop the operational processes and procedures of the School.

Mr. Wilson has over 25 years of administrative experience: he started his professional career teaching at a well-known public school in Darjeeling, St. Joseph’s College, North Point (India). He then moved on to Budhanilkantha School in Katmandu, Nepal, as Deputy Headmaster on the administration and pastoral side. In 1989, Mr. Wilson moved to Dubai and, after a stint with the Modern High School, he took responsibility for administration and operations at the University of Wollongong, Dubai Campus, as the Administrator. After ten years, he moved on to become the Director of Quality Assurances and Compliance for the overseas campuses of Southern New Hampshire University, USA, located in Dubai, Bangkok, and Malaysia.

Mr. Wilson has a postgraduate degree in Zoology as well as an MBA from the University of Wollongong, Australia. This professional qualification further enhances his mastery of the tools and techniques required to make effective managerial decisions.
