Prior to joining the Dubai School of Government in 2005, Lokesh Rao was responsible for the accounts and administration functions for a local group of companies in Dubai. He has over ten years of experience in the field of accounting.

Mr. Rao received his ICWA (Inter) qualification from The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. His interests include reading, movies and music.
