Prior to joining DSG in 2007, Fahed Hareb worked for TECOM Investments as Operations Manager for the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) for two years. He coordinated all activities related to the project, with internal and external service providers, as well as with the business partners, to ensure that IMPZ would function as envisioned. He was a core member of IMPZ master plan team, and once the plan was finalized, he headed the infrastructure works on site.

Mr. Hareb graduated from Boston University, USA, in 2002 with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He started his working career with EMAAR Properties under a fast-track management program, where he was an Acting Client Representative in several of their ongoing projects during the final half of 2002. In 2003, he joined Schlumberger and traveled to Brazil, where he worked as a Field Engineer running their new line of Measurement While Drilling tools. There, he led field teams for local Petrobras jobs, as well as for international clients including Total, Elf, Texaco, Wintershall, El Paso and many more.

Having traveled to all continents and lived abroad for several years, Mr. Hareb has picked up a few languages along the way, including German, Portuguese, Arabic and English.
