Deepa Nair joined the Dubai School of Government as Human Resources Administrator in December 2005 with over eight years of prior experience in human resources.

Ms. Nair gained extensive experience during her service with IBM Middle East, where she worked as an HR Specialist. She also managed the recruitment process for General Motors and the setting up of their Middle East initiative in Dubai through her project at Al Tayer Group. Ms. Nair is an MBA graduate from Mumbai University, India.
