Asma Siddiki is Associate Dean for Development at the Dubai School of Government, and supervises the degree programs offered by DSG. Prior to joining DSG in November 2007, Dr. Siddiki served at Effat College, the first private institution of higher education in Saudi Arabia, most recently as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, and previously as Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Coordinator of the pre-college Effat Academic Institute.  Dr. Siddiki’s teaching experience includes serving as Assistant Professor at both Effat College and King Abdul Aziz University, and as Tutor at the University of Oxford.

Dr. Siddiki is a member of the International Relations Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and of the Arab International Women’s Forum. She is also Joint Secretary of the Saudi Indian Business Network. Dr. Asma Siddiki holds a doctoral degree in Psycholinguistics and a master’s degree in General Linguistics from the University of Oxford in England. She received her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Language from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
